Our office has telephone coverage Monday – Thursday with active patient care Tuesday – Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We take lunch from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., and we also have variable summer hours.

From North:
Take 131 South to 96 West to Alpine South, exit 30A (second exit ramp). Turn right at first light, west to 933 Three Mile Road.
From South:
Take 131 North to 96 West to Alpine South, exit 30A (second exit ramp). Turn right at first light, west to 933 Three Mile Road.
From West:
Muskegon: Take 96 East to Alpine, exit 30. 933 Three Mile Road is directly to the right off of the exit.
Holland: Take 96 East to 131, north to 96 West to Alpine South, exit 30A (second exit ramp). Turn right at first light, west to 933 Three Mile Road.
From East:
Take 96 West to Alpine South, exit 30A (second exit ramp). Turn right at first light, west to 933 Three Mile Road.
